GigaTime Foundation is a community based initiative aimed at addressing inequalities in the society by providing opportunities to people in need
Our goal is to promote the wellbeing and development of special population to enable them to be more productive members of the society. This we do by encouraging and providing support and assistance to allow them to contribute positively to the economic and moral fabric of our society.
The bane of any society is the development of its members, especially the vulnerable members. Women, children and youths (young adults) are known worldwide to suffer the most discrimination within the societies including in most family unit, thus the focus of the foundation on this disadvantaged group. Particular reference is paid to young females because of the additional disadvantage and limited opportunities available to them within the society.
The operation of the foundation is coordinated by 5 Nigerians from different works of life, in conjunction with other volunteer on different projects. Both the members of the board and volunteers work on a part time bases, without any financial commitment from the organization for their services. The board is responsible for the approval of any project carried out, financial disbursement and evaluation of completed projects

The Foundation through identifies beneficiaries who are then empowered, encouraged and supported to become productive members of the society by improving the capacities and competitiveness in the local economy through the provision of social and economic skills that is expected to provide them with an extra edge above their peers in same circumstances.

Empowerment and Development of Women and children as well as unemployed youth including those who have no opportunity to further their education for one reason or the other and are seeking opportunities to access to employment.

The primary focus of the Foundation is to provide opportunities to mitigate the vulnerabilities and attending discrimination of certain groups within the Nigerian society based on their gender and or age.
Our Strategy
The initiative envisages to provide disadvantaged and less privileged young women the opportunity to discover their innate abilities that inherent in them by equipping them and giving them power and capacity to change their lives and those around them.
Our activities provides opportunities to its participants to empower them lead independent and satisfying lives as much as possible. The ultimate aim of the project therefore is to enable each of the participant become productive members of the societies and individual families through sustainable income generation and economic growth.
The NGO will always give one of its beneficiaries the opportunity to acquire vocational skills, but further investment on individuals will be based on their performance during the training.
Our Objectives
The ultimate goal of the foundation is for the protection, advancement and development of members of the family units to enhance our society. Based on our finding we discover that women, children and youths (young adults) are the most neglected within most family unit, thus our focus in this foundation is on this disadvantaged group. We give more priority to young ladies because of the additional disadvantage of the female child and limitation in terms of opportunity available to them within the society.
We aim to see a Nigeria where people are free from any form of discrimination especially on the basis of age and sex. A Nigeria where the youth matter and are relevant.
